Blueboon is an incredibly versatile blend, subtle yet deeply expressive and a cornerstone on our offerings. This is our go-to Saturday morning cup. Resplendent with any brew method and approachable enough to satisfy any palate. We like to think of this one as your classic white T–versatile, enduring and always a perfect fit. Components change seasonally to ensure a balance of sweetness, body, and acidity. The current pairing of Colombia and Ethiopia coffees impart a dense sweetness, followed by a delicate floral-vanilla finish.
