A honeydew of a brew: this washed cup has a big body of sweet fruit nectar, strawberry and melon, with a gingery cocoa finish. We taste malted milk balls! One of this year’s great Guatemalans from the Cup of Excellence-winning Perez farm.

Anchorhead Coffee Story

Insul is the third of our new Guatemala offerings for the 2018 season. This micro lot comes from Finca Insul, in Huehuetenango, produced by Dany and Madlyn Perez. Grown at 1600 meters and fully washed, this coffee has pleasant acidity and savory aftertaste. This coffee presents notes of white Honey Dew, Dark Chocolate, and Gingersnap. You don’t want to miss it!
