Insul is the third of our new Guatemala offerings for the 2018 season. This micro lot comes from Finca Insul, in Huehuetenango, produced by Dany and Madlyn Perez. Grown at 1600 meters and fully washed, this coffee has pleasant acidity and savory aftertaste. This coffee presents notes of white Honey Dew, Dark Chocolate, and Gingersnap. You don’t want to miss it!
