Curator's Notes
Chuchu! Get ready to hop on board with this sweet washed Ethiopian. You’ll taste light and delicate notes of sugary watermelon and an easy, jasmine tea-like finish. Brew over ice for a sip of summer popsicle.
Roaster's Notes
Located just 6 km south of the town of Dilla in Sidama Zone, Chuchu washing station has produced some of Sidamo’s finest coffees for decades. Relatively small compared to other Sidamo wet mills, Chuchu receives cherry from approximately 600 farmers each year. This roast has notes of strawberry, watermelon, and jasmine tea.
