Curator's Notes
The Paz family and San Vicente are big names in Honduran coffee, and this roast shows you why: bold, syrupy notes of black cherry, pineapple syrup, mellow mango finish. Enjoy this limited lot before we have to say that “Elvis” has left the building!
Roaster's Notes
Grown by the Elvis Enamorado in the Santa Barbara region at 1,600 meters, this fully washed coffee is a perfect example of why we love coffees from Honduras. The cup has a ton of sweetness, reminding us of cane sugar, with a tropical acidity of pineapple, mango, and black cherry.
