Caffe Umbria rarely features single origins, so this is a coffee to write home about. As balanced as a blend, as delicate as a single origin, and from a female coop to boot: it’s the whole “she-bang”.
Roaster's Notes
Hingakawa means “let’s grow coffee”! This lot is produced by a women’s coop from Gekenke. A light, clean profile with a floral nose and sweet notes of blood orange and vanilla.
