Curator's Notes
You won't believe it's a Brazilian! In this rare and flavorful medium roast, unusually sweet berry and lemon fruit tart flavors brighten a smooth, nutella-like base of chocolate and toasted hazelnut.
Roaster's Notes
This special prep coffee was slated for COE competition before we committed to buy the entire lot. Atypical natural profile of bright lemon, blackberry and rosehip tea round out the acidity, soft hazelnut and milk chocolate fill the body. Fazenda Sitio da Torre is located in a protected geographical coffee region known as Mantiqueira de Minas, the Southernmost portion of Carmo de Minas. Producer: Alvaro Antonio Pereira Coli.
