The first flowers of the season are blooming in your cup. Fragrant as an orchard, this washed coffee is sweet sun-warmed apricots and white tea with honey. Here in Seattle, we don’t look for robins, we wait for the first Kuma of Spring!
The Aguacate was one of the highest scoring Colombian microlots we cupped through last August. The cup is beautifully nuanced with rich vibrant berries, fleshy and sugary stone fruit, a white tea backbone with a beautiful floral component of fresh orchard blossoms. We are pretty confident this coffee will put a smile on your face. Don't delay, it won't be around for long.
"I loved this coffee so much I bought 2 for myself and 1 for My daughter! I hope it comes back. We really enjoy it"
"Prepared with aeropress--this coffee shocked me with how light it is. At first, I worried that I hadn't used enough grounds in making my first cup. But my second, made less conservatively, was still very light. Once I knew what to expect, I understood the "white tea" note, and enjoyed it more."
"I’ve brewed a LOT of coffee over the years, and I haven’t been this pleased with a new one in a while! It smells delicious, blooms beautifully, pours effortlessly, and tastes wonderful. An all star for sure."
"This coffee is great! One of my first trials of Bean Box. At first I was some what skeptical. The presentation and how the coffee was delivered has me sold! I enjoy Columbians and what got me on this particular cup is the unique after taste. It is hard to describe what it is, but I enjoy it!"
