Curator's Notes
The first flowers of the season are blooming in your cup. Fragrant as an orchard, this washed coffee is sweet sun-warmed apricots and white tea with honey. Here in Seattle, we don’t look for robins, we wait for the first Kuma of Spring!
Roaster's Notes
The Aguacate was one of the highest scoring Colombian microlots we cupped through last August. The cup is beautifully nuanced with rich vibrant berries, fleshy and sugary stone fruit, a white tea backbone with a beautiful floral component of fresh orchard blossoms. We are pretty confident this coffee will put a smile on your face. Don't delay, it won't be around for long.
