Curator's Notes
Before the grapefruit had a name, the hybrid was known as the “forbidden fruit”. With all the sweet syrupy flavors in these beans, we can safely say nothing is forbidden... only for-brewin’!
Roaster's Notes
This microlot of coffee from Justo Sepulveda was grown at 2100 meters and contains some of the rare varietal F7. Wonderfully rich, with nectar- like flavors of ripe mango and Texas grapefruit.
