Kuma Coffee Story

This was a very obvious choice as a single origin, because of its creamy body and punch-like acidity. It features tasting notes of brown sugar, lime, and blueberry juice.

"The smell is woodsy with hints of richness and toffee to come. The coffee is tart with moderate acidity and slight bitterness."

"This was Absolutely delicious!! Recommend it 100% will definitely purchase again."

"Pretty good. Had it in a sampler. While undoubtedly great on its own, didn't quite like it as much as the others (Lighthouse Roaster's Roaster's Choice, Herkimer's Drip Blend, & Conduit's Columbia). But you won't go wrong by getting it. "

"This is the delicious coffee. We really enjoyed it. It tasted like toasted marshmallows and toffee a bit. Hint of dried cranberry. Very smooth, and would definitely order again. Brewed by pour-over on a v60. Grind was medium-fine."

"Made with aeropress: mouth-watering acidity, silky mouthfeel, great honey and berry flavor notes. "

"I brewed this using the aeropress and anpour over cone. Delicious both ways. "

"I brewed this with my Aero Press. I think this is one of my favorites. The acidity was well balanced. The fruitiness was not overwhelming. Will get the larger bag of this."

"Brewed hot using a v60 and Kalita wave. Very acidic with a slight sour taste which I really enjoyed. I picked up on the lime and brown sugar taste. Another great roast from Kuma."

"A nice summer coffee, enjoyed as a cold brew but too acidic for my liking"

"I did really enjoy this coffee and would buy it again if it becomes available. "

"Sour at first with a sweet finish, this coffee is the perfect whirlwind on your tongue. Doesn't need anything added, it's sweet enough to drink black. Creamer adds a great flavor and texture, but sweetener is almost too much."

"A very nice coffee different notes of sweeter are enhanced when a little creamer is added. Wonderful on a chilly day outside. All around a great coffee to mix up your coffee selection. "

"I fell in love with light roasts because of their bursting fruity notes, but this roast in particular has become a favorite of mine as it balances these fruit flavors with a smooth nutty and toffee-like finish. "
