Ethiopia contains over 6,000 indigenous coffee varietals: like a lottery you always win, it’s hard to go wrong. These washed beans are sweet and floral, like peach tea with a generous squeeze of lemon. Certified organic; certifiably delicious.
Ethiopia grows some of the best coffees in the world, this Gotiti being a great example. Ancient, heirloom varietals and the perfect growing conditions combine to give a juicy cup full of nectarine, peach, pear, and delicate notes of jasmine. We're in love with this coffee! Taste Notes: Nectarine, Meyer Lemon, Jasmine. Certified organic.
"These floral coffees are very quickly growing into one of the households favorite roast! Light and full of caffeine! The lemon is delicious in this blend!"
"Super delicious. Tastes exactly what you would expect a good Ethiopian coffee to taste like. Bright, floral, delicate like a tea. If you like Ethiopian's, this one is for you."
"Very impressed! Wonderful light and citrus taste. Great for a warm summer morning, or late afternoon coffee. I love cream and sugar, but needed only a sprinkle of sugar and a dash of cream. I got this in my sample pack and depending on some of the others, I may be ordering a full bag! "
"Wonderful mandarin orange/peachy flavors that get more robust as the coffee cools. I prefer this coffee to be brewed/drank at a slightly lower temperature to accentuate the soft, juicy flavor notes. Brewing on Kalita affords a light body, yet punchy flavors. Great coffee! See Nicole Hughes review!"
"Love this company's beans! They are so rich in flavor! Don't be surprised if you end up wanting to order more! "
"Ethiopia coffees are great. I really enjoy the balance of fruit and floral notes. "
"This was our favorite in this month's box. The fruit notes come through beautifully without the sourness that I taste in other fruit-forward coffees. Very well balanced and smooth. Will order again!"
"Unlike every other Ethiopian I've had. Adventurous. Has a clean (but borderline pungent) mix of Lemongrass, toasted Nectarine, and toasted Jasmine. Slightly nutty, a hint of burnt caramel, a smidge of cinnamon, a touch of blueberry, and a weirdly attractive aura of bouillon. Fantastically complex."
