Curator's Notes
Rise and shine, Clementine! Freshly ground, this light roast smells like honey and sweet nougat and only gets better from there. You’ll taste juicy clementine “cutie” and citrus tea with honey. Soft, nutty finish. Sunrise in a mug.
Roaster's Notes
El Limonar was founded in 1986 by Rosa Maria Ovalle, and after years of hard work, the coffee coming from this farm is quickly becoming recognized as some of the finest in Guatemala. Ms. Ovalle’s commitment to quality has been motivated by her close proximity to neighboring high profile farms Finca La Bolsa and Finca El Injerto. Her hard work has been recognized in recent years through participation in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence competition with her Bourbon and Mundo Novo varieties placing 7th and 14th.
