Curator's Notes

Pacamara “elephant” beans are known for their large size and surprising complexity: just like real elephants! In this cup, you’ll taste a sweet and tart interplay of green grape, guava, and cocoa. Big flavor, gentle spirit.

This variety of coffee plant is grown with extra love, separated from the other cherries. Known for it's large size and bold flavors, the pacamara beans harvest by the Villatoro family are some of the best we've ever tasted.
