This coffee is a true kaleidoscope of bright fruit flavor. We tasted fresh berries, apricot, mango, pomegranate juice-- you name it-- all wrapped up in a creamy, nougat-like body. Slate confided that this is, in their opinion, one of the best single-origin lots they've ever sourced... and that it's almost gone! We knew we had to act fast and offer this great coffee before the last bean is roasted. This is a sip of Ethiopian sunshine you will not want to miss.
Adisu was born in Gedeb and started working on his family farm when he was very young. When his father passed away in 2002, Adisu used his inherited land to focus on specialty coffee: we're so glad he did! This is a beautifully processed natural Ethiopia, with syrupy-smooth notes of mango nectar, raspberry, and sugar cookie.
