Curator's Notes
Irene Burbano has been growing coffee in Narino for over 30 years, and owning her own mill gives her complete control over her beans. Lingering aromas of cinnamon crown this cup, with a body of creamy chocolate and a touch of summer fruit.
Roaster's Notes
This coffee is a cup of sweet milk chocolate, baking spices and a slight bit of orange. Fun fact - during the roasting cycle, just before the coffee is dropped into the cooling bin, the scent of cinnamon wafts off the tryer, the tool coffee roasters use to observe bean development.
