Curator's Notes
Named for the indigenous K'iche' people, the Quiche region was once a powerful capitol of the Mayan empire. Grown in the shadows of ancient ruins, this nutty caramel-dipped apple is a sip of the old, the modern, and the delicious.
Roaster's Notes
This is a great coffee from our friends at Royal Coffee! The coffee consists of bourbon and Caturra varieties, and is fully washed. This coffee is very juicy and sweet for a Guatemalan with a silky body as it cools and flavors of Dulce de leche, green apple acidity and Caramel sweetness.
