We put a lot of time and attention into creating our Holiday Blend. This year’s coffee is a 50/50 mix of Java Sunda Hejo Badak and Kenya Kagumo AA, for drinkable cup that’s bright yet approachable. Notes of sweet toffee, melted chocolate, candied boysenberry, and currant.

"Brewed as a pour over in my Chemex, this is a perfectly fine coffee. Overall, however, there is nothing terribly remarkable about it. No tasting note really stands out against the others. A good "nothing special, everyday" coffee to drink. " (3 out of 5)
"The balance and body of this coffee are nice, aroma and flavor notes aren't strong. Brewed best in a French Press where I could taste some fruity & cocoa notes when hot and the coffee was richer. Finer grind helped the flavor. Aftertaste was pleasant and it finished sweet." (3 out of 5)

"Just received the Holiday Blend from Bean Box. I brewed the coffee in my drip coffee maker. I couldn't really discern the chocolate syrup, toffee, boysenberry or red current. It smells good but I don't really taste anything listed in the taste notes." (2 out of 5)
