The first roast we're sharing from India. A seductively savory and sweet coffee: we taste toffee, raisin, spice, and cherry. The farm-to-cup quality of this roast simmers and sparkles on your palate. A rare collaboration from Velton and The Pearl Mountain Estate.
Roaster's Notes
This coffee is grown in the Bababudan range which is home to the finest mountain grown Indian Arabica coffee. Grown under shade trees midst pepper vines and cardamom groves, this coffee is hand-washed in water from clear mountain streams. Balanced and creamy with flavors of toffee, raisin, and cherry.
