Curator's Notes
This sweet, complex roast comes from a farm established in 1890, and coffee trees of 50 years and older! We taste jammy strawberry pie filling and honey-roasted peanuts in this dynamic cup. Happy trees make happy coffee: here’s proof.
Roaster's Notes
Delicious notes of walnut and red fruits such as strawberry and cherry are present in coffee’s dry aroma. When brewed, the strawberry note gains clarity, and is accompanied by complex flavors of mango and orange. Agave, peanut and cinnamon notes carry this crisply medium-bodied coffee coffee through to a clean and flavorful finish.
