Roaster's Notes
This awesome lot comes from Finca Los Dos Socios in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. The farm’s name, which is translated as “the two partners, is owned and operated by Concepción Villatoro Matias and his son. The Villatoros purchased the farm in 1990, and have been farming coffee continuously at the site ever since.
