A light, bright, truly “angelic” white honey coffee. We note maple-like richness, with a sweet grape acidity that sparkles like champagne. Suitable for a toast, or to be served with toast: let’s drink to the day!
Born at a high elevation of 2,000 meters, the ever-delicious Costa Rican catuai varietal zips out of the cup with a sparkling flavor of Concord grape and black currant. Round body and bright acidity.
"We enjoyed this particular coffee well enough, but it did not blow us away in any way. For that reason, we would probably not order it ourselves, but if it came in another box, we'd be happy enough." (3 out of 5)

"My husband & I both love this coffee! If there is a perfect roast, this would be it. Brewed as a pour over then tried in our French press which seemed to bring out the best flavor. A rich flavored coffee with mild acidity & some fruity notes. Got to have more of this, a definite favorite!" (5 out of 5)

"I found this coffee to have a very rich flavor like a very dark coffee, though it's not dark. It has a complex, interesting, very high quality taste, very drinkable. I made it in a French press and found I prefer it hot (not iced)." (5 out of 5)
