Curator's Notes
Here in the “evergreen state”, we love our trees; Zoka’s Tannenbaum is no exception! Comforting notes of toasted marshmallow and cacao nib stand out against a caramel, nutty background. Oh Tannenbaum, how lovely are thy flavors.
Roaster's Notes
Tannenbaum Winter Blend A winter and holiday seasonal favorite - Zoka's Tannenbaum blend is back! Named after the German word for fir tree, Tannenbaum, is a treat for us to create. Previously known as Zoka’s holiday blend, it seemed a shame to have this favorite for just five weeks a year. So, we renamed it a Winter blend and will have it available through the end of February, 2022 A medium version of a dark roast, this blend is made with an Ethiopia single origin, as well as coffees from Brazil and Costa Rica. Notes of smooth dark chocolate and meringue with hints of brown sugar and molasses in the cup. A perfect blend to start off a chilly day, or to serve with holiday desserts. Pairs especially well with chocolate or pumpkin pie. And also, Sunday brunch!
