§ What time do you get to sleep? What time do you wake up?
On most days, I get to sleep by about 11pm-12am. I am a night owl that's for sure! Because of this, I wake up at around 8am!
§ What do you dream about?
I dream about a lot of things, including my friends, family, cat... and of course, coffee!
§ What’s the first thing you do once you’re awake?
Right when I get up, I put on my contacts. They are the only essential thing I need to make coffee in the morning!
§ What morning ritual do you have that’s sacred to starting your day off right?
I feel like these are trick questions to make me say coffee... but it really is true. Coffee is essential to starting my day right.
§ What one possession/object is essential to your morning?
I LOVE my collection of Anthropologie mugs- one that is my favorite is handmade and made of purple clay!
§ With whom do you spend your mornings?
I work from home, so I spend my mornings with my cat, Penny. She is about two years old now!
§ What do you eat for breakfast?
I usually have coffee and wait a few hours before having my morning smoothie- made with collagen protein powder, coconut milk, spinach, cacao nibs, chia seeds and peanut butter.
§ What kind of coffee do you drink in the morning, and how do you prepare it?
I love dark roasts, I add butter and/or coconut cream to make my coffee keto!
§ What’s the one upgrade you wish you could add to your morning?
I wish I could spend it with someone I love (more than just on weekends) :)!
§ What do you consider the end of your morning?
Usually my morning ends when I start working on my computer and get into work mode.
