§ What time do you get to sleep? What time do you wake up?
I'm usually falling asleep around 1am and up either around 7:30 or whenever my baby wakes up.
§ What do you dream about?
I was just thinking about this, my dreams are either usually exploring my imaginations or my fears. There are recurring landscapes and similar events. They are often about travel and some of the places are recurring dreams based on my childhood imagination of them even if I've actually been there already.
§ What’s the first thing you do once you’re awake?
Usually stretch, check my phone, get my baby and get her food.
§ What morning ritual do you have that’s sacred to starting your day off right?
Honestly it's been making my pour over. It gives me some ritual and rhythm by doing one thing every morning. Most of the time the other elements are switching around but to have one grounding exercise or habit has been key.
§ What one possession/object is essential to your morning?
My cast iron skillet.
§ With whom do you spend your mornings?
Family.
§ What do you eat for breakfast?
Either oatmeal, or egg whites/spinach/salsa/avocado.
§ What kind of coffee do you drink in the morning, and how do you prepare it?
I do a v60 pour over.
§ What’s the one upgrade you wish you could add to your morning?
Either someone to clean my house, or music.
§ What do you consider the end of your morning?
Once i've eaten and have my coffee in hand then the day is on.
