Blue Bottle coffee has built a cult following for lightly roasted single origin coffees in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York. The lighter roast profile is meant to expose you to the unique flavor attributes of the coffee bean instead of the roasting process. Seattle has many award-winning roasters producing excellent coffees in a similar roast profile. These roasters are all very meticulous about the micro lots they purchase their coffees from. If you like Blue Bottle coffee, I would recommend trying coffees from Slate Coffee Roasters, Kuma Coffee, Bluebeard Coffee Roasters, Conduit Coffee Company, Broadcast Coffee Roasters, and Vashon Coffee Company
