This roast fits the beloved profile of a classic washed Ethiopian: delicate notes of floral black tea with honey and peach preserves. A roast as sweet and refined as your fanciest tea set, and as sturdy and strong as your favorite mug.

"light roast, hints of spices, but nothing wow-ed me."
"Very light roast. some of the flavors get lost, but its still an easy drinking coffee"
"Tastes like you would expect a classic ethiopian coffee to taste. Lots happening. Delicious and tasty!"
"Absolutely wonderful! I tasted this and it was simply the best way to wake up hungover in the morning! Not thick as I was expecting based on the honey Peach description, rather, this coffee was refreshing!"
"Exceptionally smooth coffee, not a hint of bitterness can be picked up. You can pick up the hints of peach, and honey. Overall great coffee. "
"Reminiscent of your favorite black tea with a hint of fruit! Enjoyed this a lot! Would buy again!"
" Tart and rich. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel. The peach is very strong."
"Very solid, easy drinking cup. At first sip, it felt unique, offering a slightly different flavor profile than what I think of as a typical Columbian."
"Fantastic. This is an exceptionally well controlled roast that sips easier than tea. Pronounced notes of honey, bergamot, peach with a hint of toast that weaves in and out. It's really amazing how these flavors complement each other."
"This is just a great coffee. I personally didn't get the peach flavor out of it, but loved the little bit of honey sweetness and lovely black tea flavoring. Very smoooth."
"Got this coffee with my chocolate tasting box, paired with the agave quinoa sesame chocolate. This might be my favorite coffee, ever. The flavor was delicate and unique, and very smooth. It was a lighter roast but the warm honey flavor was bold. Amazing coffee, definitely worth a try at least once."
