After a year of focused efforts, our friends at Ruby Coffee Roasters in Nelsonville, WI, are officially Certified Organic! Ruby’s flagship organic offering, Organic August is named after the founder’s grandfather, Augie. Its warm, light notes of honeyed berries and milk chocolate are like basking in the glimmering Midwest sunrise before a long day at the lake. We love that Organic August is an “all-day coffee,” with an emphasis on sweetness with a lighter body and subtle hints of fruit.
