This incredible family farm in the Ahuachapan region of El Salvador produces remarkable coffee while maintaining a focus on environmental sustainability and agricultural experimentation. Under the leadership of Mauricio Salaverria, the farm has employed multiple different processing methods on various coffee varieties. This year they bring us a beautiful naturally processed Pacamara variety. The complex flavors that come from this cup are a mix of sweetness and spice with cupping notes of cinnamon, mandarin, and coconut.
