These fair trade, organic beans represented 3 baristas in this year’s national championship. It’s no wonder: this coffee smells delicate and floral, but brews into a big punch of juicy plum and toasted grapefruit. The breakfast of champions!
This is a fully washed bourbon coffee grown at a high altitude of 1800 - 2000 masl. This coffee was used by 3 baristas during the 2018 US Barista Championships, so we are glad we got some of it! This coffee is floral, sweet, and balanced. We taste tamarind, grapefruit, brown sugar, and so much plum!
