Items eligible for return includes coffee boxes purchased as ongoing subscriptions, twelve ounce bags of coffee, and any brewing equipment sold by Bean Box.
Items not eligible for return include Bean Box gift boxes, any Bean Box product purchased through a third party, any product received as a "trial" or promotional item, and item where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For Bean Box products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.
For items eligible for return, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
The 15 day return window is from the date the USPS delivers your item to the date you ship it to Bean Box.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
