Our first Honduran coffee release of 2017 is from the famed San Vicente mill and our friend and milling expert Benjamin Paz. This coffee blew our minds on the cupping table, showing many of the same characteristics of Kenyan coffees. Get ready for a super sweet cup, with griping mouthfeel and tropical fruit acidity for days and days.
