Curator's Notes
The Paz family and San Vicente are big names in Honduran coffee, and this roast shows you why: bold, syrupy notes of cherry and sweet tomato, mellow mango finish. Enjoy this limited lot before we have to say that “Elvis” has left the building!
Roaster's Notes
Our first Honduran coffee release of 2017 is from the famed San Vicente mill and our friend and milling expert Benjamin Paz. This coffee blew our minds on the cupping table, showing many of the same characteristics of Kenyan coffees. Get ready for a super sweet cup, with griping mouthfeel and tropical fruit acidity for days and days.
