"I was very surprised at how good this one was. It has a nice light flavor with hints of citrus/melon. It brightness a bit as it cools but remains pleasant. Its not acidic or bitter at all. Prepared with an aeropress." (4 out of 5)
"A slightly heavier profile than a Yirgacheffe, this Burundi bean had a similar fruitiness that I really enjoyed, without any overwhelming roasted flavor. Brewed nicely in a press but I think the acidity would be washed out with a Chemex. I'm definitely going to be picking up some more of this. " (5 out of 5)
